Welcome to Baked By Bostik. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Order Booking & Deposit

To secure your date, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required. Your order is not confirmed until this deposit is received via Venmo or Zelle. The remaining balance is due prior to pickup or delivery.

2. Minimum Orders

We have a minimum order requirement of 2 dozen for cookies and cupcakes, and an 8-inch size for cakes.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made within 7 days of the event date forfeit the deposit. We understand emergencies happen; please contact us immediately if you need to reschedule, and we will do our best to accommodate depending on availability.

4. Pickup & Delivery

Free pickup is available in Glen Ellyn, IL. We offer local delivery for an additional fee based on distance. Once the product leaves our possession (pickup) or is delivered to the specified location, Baked By Bostik is not responsible for any damage that may occur during transport or handling by the client.

5. Allergens

Our products are made in a home kitchen that may process wheat, eggs, dairy, nuts, and soy. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee zero cross-contamination. Please inform us of any severe allergies.

6. Design Variations

Since all items are custom handmade, slight variations in color and design may occur. We strive to match your inspiration as closely as possible while adding our unique creative touch.
